1. What is your role and what is the goal of Recruitment Connect?
I joined Adecco Luxembourg to be the Candidates & Associates Manager which means that I am working with all the recruiters of Adecco Luxembourg to set up a new sourcing and recruitment policy. In this context I collaborated with the international team dedicated to this tool to launch it in Luxembourg.
Recruitment Connect makes it possible on the one hand to offer a digital and virtual platform to recruiters for their sourcing activities and it also allows them to work more closely with the client to create recruitment journeys in their image.
2. Recruitment Connect is already used in other countries where Adecco is present?
Yes, of course, even if Luxembourg is one of the first countries to use it - which also allows us to be able to work with the development teams so that the tool is more and more efficient - today it is already active in around ten countries and is being rolled out in others.
3. What will be the concrete advantages for the candidates?
This is an excellent way for Adecco to be at the disposal of the candidate who will know 7 days a week and 24 hours a day if his profile matches to the current needs of our clients. The candidate get as well the opportunity to get more information on the working conditions. And above all, it therefore allows us to limit the frustration of the candidate who has an immediate response after this first screening step.
This tool will allow recruiters to dedicate more time to the job interviews and favor listening and dialogue..
4. As a candidate, how should I apply today?
Our current job offers are still published on adecco.lu, exactly like before.
In each offer, the recruiter in charge added a link to the Recruitment Connect screening process. With one click the candidate can register and answer the screening questions. Once done, the candidate immediately knows if his/her profile and search criteria are matching with the position. If no, we invite him/her to check other offers and perhaps respond to another screening process. If the profile is fitting, the candidate is invited to the next step.
5. Can I go to an branch to introduce myself and make a application?
Of course, but I could only advise you to apply through our website. By following the Adecco recruitment process, you are more sure of making a qualitative interview with the recruiter in charge of the client to whom you want to apply. .
6. Is it a requirement to have a smartphone to apply?
Absolutely not, you can use a computer, tablet or smartphone and our tool will adapt to your screen
